Evening at the Redondo Beach Pier

Redondo Beach Pier is one of my favorite underrated beaches in South Bay of Los Angeles. Parking is easy to find and mostly free compared to most other beaches. The pier features a variety of interesting mom and pop shops as well as a diverse array of options (seafood, korean food, sushi, italian, etc). I was really fortunate to get there right on time to watch the sunset. There's something comforting and relaxing about just sitting on the pier admiring the falling sun, the water, and the fuchasia sky. Next to the pier, there's a couple of docks where folks enjoy happy hour drinks, dine next to the water, and play classic arcade games.
