Bomb Dot Com Fries with Fry Madness
Fry Madness is no short of fries from all walks of life. Say hello to the Fries' Fam.
When I walked into Fry Madness, I was expecting bar food and drinks. I am very happy to be corrected by their selection of craft IPAs, local beers, and some exquisite liquor. But this is more about the fries than the drinks.
Fry Madness is a hip spot that features some of the most creative ways I've ever heard of when it comes to enjoying fries.
Starting with their bread and butter: float fries. It comes with 4 sauces of your choice. I started with Truffle Aioli, Chipotle Ketchup, Chutney Mayo, and Bell Pepper spread. For an additional, 50 cents per sauce, you could try other flavors such as Srirracha Aioli,Spicy 1000 Island, Chipotle Mayo and my personal favorite, the Lemon Basil Aioli.
After the sampler of flavors that goes super well with float fries, I got to try a few of the specialty flavors in the menu as recommendations.
El Elotero Fries (Blistered Cut Corn/ Cotija Cheese/ Cilantro Lime Sour Cream/ Tajin Dust/Hot Cheetos)
Jerk Shrimp Fries (Jerk Spiced Shrimp/ Mango Pico/ House Made Caribbean Nectar)

These dessert fries are perfect for a memorable date night. The marshmallows bits will be toasted right in front of Y'all. How cool is that?
